ONE DAY WORKSHOP
We're taking the Real Leadership workshop for Tradies on the road this October and November — Hamilton, Christchurch, Wellington, Nelson, Dunedin, and Queenstown.
We get it - leading a crew is a whole different ball game from being on the tools.
Leadership on-site is more than just buying the team a pie and a V on a Friday. People can be tricky, everyone operates differently, and trying to manage it all can be a lot.
That’s why we’ve created a Real Leadership workshop specifically for tradies. This day is all about giving you the confidence to get the best out of your crew so you don't have to keep jumping in and doing the job for them. You'll walk away with real, no-BS skills you can use straight away on-site.

Most workshops end when the day ends. Real Leadership doesn't.
A couple of weeks after the workshop, we bring the group back together for our Real Leadership Check-In — a free, 1-hour online session where you'll:

Real Leadership for Tradies is co-facilitated by Andrew Miller and Nate Alley - two coaches who bring real-world grit and genuine care in equal measure.
