Most leadership teams start the year with good intentions. Then the first week back happens. The inbox is full, half the team is still on leave, a client needs something yesterday.
The conversation about where the team is heading gets pushed to next month, and by March it still hasn't happened.
We'd rather you had those conversations in January or February, while there's still a bit of space in the calendar.
Kickstart 2027 gives you the time and someone to run it, so everyone can be involved and set a plan for unlocking team performance.

5% targets for each person and for the team as a whole
A regular check-in you'll actually keep
A simple scoreboard
We keep it to one page on purpose. It's easy to bring to your next leadership meeting, and the one after that.
