How it works
Business Coaching runs for 12 months and is built around a simple, proven structure: start with strategy, then stay accountable.
Half-Day Strategy Session: This is where we begin. We get you out of the day-to-day, take a clear-eyed look at where your business is right now and build a roadmap for where it needs to go. You'll leave with a defined vision, a set of measurable goals and a concrete action plan for the next 90 days.
90-Day Accountability Sessions: These keep you on track. Every quarter, we sit down for a focused two-hour session to review what's been achieved, work through the real issues holding the business back and lock in the priorities for the next 90 days. It's where strategy meets execution and where the real progress happens.
The in between: You've got a business coach in your corner. Whether you're facing a tough decision, working through a challenge or just need a sounding board, you're not on your own between sessions. Having someone to call on when it matters is one of the most valuable parts of the whole engagement.
