Nate brings the hard-won perspective of someone who has built and run multiple business - managing teams of 30+ staff and growing his residential building company into one of the largest construction companies in the region.

Nate's own journey through business, life and personal development included doing work with Andrew, which then lead him to training as a Coach with the International Coaching Community (ICC) and subsequently joining the Roar Coaching team in 2026.

Nate gets a real buzz out of watching leaders step out of the day-to-day grind, get clear on their direction and start building something that genuinely works for them.

Outside of work, Nate navigates life with his two daughters and loves to keep fit and go on adventures all over Aotearoa.
