MATEStalk with Craig Bulloch

A Half-Day Mental Health Workshop

9am - 12pm Friday 19th of September 2025
Oaks Lounge, Seddon Park, Hamilton.
Cost: Free!

At Roar Coaching, we love and support the focus on mental health in Aotearoa over recent years. It’s an important topic, and we need to be more confident to have the conversations that matter, when they are needed. At the same time, nourishing and being aware of our own mental health. You are not expected to be a Counsellor or Psychologist, but you are expected to be a good mate.

That’s why we’re proud to host this MATEStalk workshop with Craig Bulloch, co-founder of MATES Matter NZ. This half-day session is designed to empower our community with practical skills, meaningful conversations, and a deeper understanding of mental wellbeing.

It’s free to attend! Roar Coaching is proud to host this event for our local community.
