Something professional sports teams do well is review their past performance and use it as a basis for future performance. They celebrate the good, become more aware of the not-so-good, and understand what ‘better’ looks like.
Finishing up for the end of the year shouldn’t be seen as crossing the finish line – “We made it!”
It should be an intentional round-up of the year that was with purpose, energy, and great leadership. We should also do the same returning from the summer break and start being better leaders from the get-go.
Andrew Miller will take your leadership team through a powerful ‘Wrap-Up Session’ to complete the year, unpacking & celebrating what went well in 2024, acknowledging improvement and impact within your team. Then, when it comes time to return to work, we start with a session planning 2025.
Learn and improve together as a team – what does ‘better’ look like?
Celebrate the things we have done really well.
Give each other acknowledgement and praise for the impact we have brought the team.
Achieve meaningful strategic actions that are important. Get clear on the ‘big rocks’.
